About the company
The Bavarian Society for Psychedelics is an interdisciplinary society dedicated to psychedelic research, psychedelic-assisted therapeutic approaches, and their responsible scientific and clinical advancement.
The Society brings together insights from psychotherapy, psychiatry, and neuroscience with clinical experience, modern therapeutic methods, and professional educational programs. At its core is a scientifically grounded, evidence-based, and ethically responsible approach to psychedelic substances and their potential role in mental health care and therapeutic innovation.
A particular focus is placed on promoting and advancing psychedelic research and psychedelic-assisted therapeutic approaches. The Bavarian Society for Psychedelics aims to deepen scientific knowledge in this field, strengthen professional and interdisciplinary exchange, and help establish the conditions necessary for safe, evidence-based, and responsible clinical application.
The Society’s goal is to build an international network of professionals in psychotherapy and psychiatry, scientists, researchers, physicians, clinics, and other institutions. Through collaboration, knowledge transfer, and professional dialogue, the Society seeks to support the development of modern, integrative, and human-centered approaches to mental health care and to contribute to the advancement of innovative therapeutic methods.
The Society’s geographical focus is on Germany, Austria, and Hungary. At the same time, the Bavarian Society for Psychedelics sees itself as part of an international scientific and clinical network, fostering professional exchange and collaboration across national and disciplinary boundaries.
